Jinish Sathyan, a passionate bodybuilder from Thrissur, Kerala, is the driving force behind AJ Fitness. Known as the “Malayali Muscle Man in Muscat”, Jinish has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry in Oman. From humble beginnings in 2003, Jinish’s dedication to training turned into a lifestyle—and a legacy. After winning multiple prestigious titles across India and Oman, he made history by becoming the first foreigner in 10 years to win the Oman National Gold Medal. His journey took him from small towns like Nakhal and Rustaq to launching AJ Fitness in 2020. Now, with AJ Health N Fitness, he brings next-level training to Al Khuwair, combining expert techniques and a member-focused approach.
